REFUND POLICY

At With Quiet Strength, each journal and product is printed individually once an order is placed. Because of this print-on-demand process, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.


However, if there is a genuine problem with your order, we will always do our best to make it right.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS


Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.


Once we review the issue, we may arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. In most cases, damaged or defective items will be replaced rather than returned, as items are produced through print-on-demand fulfilment partners.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


Because all items are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or selecting the wrong version of a product.

REFUNDS


If a refund is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it will be issued to your original payment method.


Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.


EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD


If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.


However, because our products are custom printed on demand, this right may not apply once production has begun.
